Alice: What the f***……

Kit: What is going on here tonight?

Kit gets up and walks over to meet Dylan.

Tasha: What is she, a stalker now?

Alice: Yeah…

Jenny: She’s so insane if she thinks she’s going to get near Helena.

Tina: She is insane.

Kit walks back to tell Tina that Dylan has a meeting with her.

Kit: Tina, she has a meeting with you

Tina: No, I actually have a meeting with a film maker…..maker…

Alice: Wow….

Tina: She set me up…….that is so sly.

Tina gets up and swaggers towards Dylan. They sit down for their meeting

Tina: What do you want?

Dylan: I’m not going to lie to you, Tina

Tina: Oh it’s too late. You already did.

Dylan: If my agent had given you my real name, you never would have seen me. I’m not here looking for a job.

Tina: Well, that’s a good thing because the last project really didn’t end so well.

Dylan: Look, I’m really sorry for what I did. You believed in me as a director, you gave me a chance and I completely betrayed your trust. I’m so sorry for that. I’m here because I’ve got nothing to lose. Helena is the love of my life and I would give anything for another chance to be with her.

Tina: And you want me to help you……… no, I can’t. I’m sorry Dylan, I can’t.

Tina goes back to the table where the girls are sitting. Helena is now with them and is eager to know what Dylan said.

Alice: And she said that you were the love of her life

Kit: Love of her life….are you f***ing kidding me?

Jenny: Helena, what can we offer you in the way of protection?

Helena: Nothing…I’m fine. Look, I appreciate your concern. All of you.

Helena looks to Tina for more information

Helena: Well, go on then.

Tina: Are you sure?

Helena: Yes.

Tina: Alright, alright. She’s been living in San Francisco. She moved back to LA because her dramatic short got accepted into Outfest

Alice: Oh that’s rich. So she’s a gay film maker now?

Tina: Here’s her card

Alice picks up the card and shows it to Tasha

Tasha: Do Ask Do Tell Productions…..hmm..please

Tasha rips the card and puts it on her saucer

Alice: It’s like she’s a buzzard and she’s waiting to swoop down and eat what’s after your carcass

Helena: Lovely image, Alice, thank you

Alice: Girls, we have to figure out someone we can set her up with.

Shane: There isn’t anyone

Helena: What…no, no, no. I don’t want to be fixed up with anybody.

Alice: Sshh…we’re trying to think

Jenny: JODIE!

Everyone: NO

Alice: What is this? Recycling? Plastic people lesbians? Could be someone new…someone fresh

Tasha: What about Jamie?

Alice: Oh my God, you’re brilliant.

Helena clears away the dishes from the table making sure she takes the saucer with Dylan’s card on it. Alice and Tasha proceeds to ring Jamie to set up a dinner date. Helena picks up Dylan’s ripped business card and tucks it in her bra.

Helena meets Jamie at Alice and Tasha’s. They cook a nutloaf for dinner. Alice shows Jamie her childhood photos, they talk about having children of their own leading to the subject of Helena’s children. Helena feels uncomfortable throughout and decides to leave early when she is given the choice of scrabble or monopoly. Instead of going to Hit Club, she goes to the address on Dylan’s business card. As she sits in her car wondering if she is at the right place, Dylan comes out of the front door, talking to someone on the phone. Helena rushes out of her car just as Dylan is about to get into hers.

Dylan is shocked to see Helena

Dylan: Oh..I’m sorry. I’m sorry I went to the Planet.  I just……I’m at a lost Helena. I just don’t know what to do.

Helena: Have dinner with me. I’ll let you know when.

Helena can't believe what she has just done. She is just as surprised as Dylan. She runs back to her car saying to herself "f**k"
